Improving the effectiveness of the integrated management function approach through team building

The article considers the issue of increasing the efficiency of an enterprise when using complex management functions. Consideration of the current state of the external environment has proved the relevance of using technologies to improve the effectiveness of team work methods. The analysis of team building tools has been carried out and the limitations of their use for different types of organizational structures have been found. The conclusion is made about the greatest benefits of the application for the process management approach. It is proposed by the author to use retiming as a type of team building to improve the efficiency of personnel in the conditions of designing, implementing and evaluating complex management functions.
