In the article the question of effective methods of sales in retail trade is considered. Also, the authors revealed some of the problems that sellers face as representatives of the sales department who are directly in contact with customers and suggested ways of solving these problems. In addition, the article discusses methods for improving the volume of sales in retail trade in general.
