The article substantiates that only the introduction of IT-technologies or «digital technologies» can be a mandatory component and integrator of a complex of organizational decisions in the tourism industry today. The tourism industry is based on individual and specific requests of individual consumers, each of which is an active user of modern means of transmitting information.The point of view is also substantiated that today, only the introduction of information platforms based on digital IT technologies can be a mandatory component and integrator of a set of organizational solutions for the formation of business models of highly efficient entrepreneurial structures.The digital information platform is perceived as a reasonable and feasible concept of mobility in the tourism industry. Today, MaaS is considered only as informational as the integration of various activities: services, passenger movement, etc. Currently, there are many disparate business models used in various national and international economic markets that require common interfaces to create combined mobile solutions. One of the directions is the systematization of processes in the form of a service control model (CCM) of the central heating system.
