In modern conditions, the development of the foreign policy situation around our country has exacerbated the problem of import substitution of food products. The need for the formation and development of an import substitution system in Russia is objectively conditioned and is the most important factor in the effective food supply of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and has a direct impact on the national security of the state.
