Efficiency improvement of the human resources management system in regard of the intellectual potential

The article studies dynamics of the intellectual potential of the human resources in personnel’s intellectual and innovational activities. The author substantiates the need for the adoption of the intellectual potential management, such as management of the personnel intellectualization as a process, in the practices of the innovation activities management.
