In article we described problem of energy effectiveness increase of melting process of snow-ice mass. The use of combined energy exposure microwave and ultrasonic is suggested. Mathematical models of microwave heating process of water in different phase state and also ultrasonic cavitation exposure on interphase boundary are developed and researched. Physical verification mathematical models base on investigations realized on special developed laboratory bench is performed.
