A finite element mathematical modeling of elastic basis sheet blank interaction during semi closed dimension polyurethane pressure punching is presented. Optimal structural technological parameters values are detected based on numerical computing in the network of developed mathematical models. Optimal values allow reach the maximum pressure level and its distribution evenness level. Elastic polymer contact pressure distribution diagrams are developed (pressure distributes on sheet blank area). The diagrams are used for sheet details separating punching by semi closed dimension polyurethane pressure technology developing.
