Increasing the labour efficiency of municipal workers

The article shows the role and application of the system of indicators and increasing the labour efficiency of municipal workers. There are reflected basic approaches, used in evaluating the efficiency of the work of local self-government authorities; a single model in evaluating the state and municipal authorities; the indicators of professional activity of municipal personnel management. From the standpoint of functional and process approaches there is offered an overview of the scope of municipal workers labour and presented foreign experience of application of performance indicators as well as it is evaluated their activity.
