Improvement of well stock management efficiency

The article justifies the necessity of improvement of the well stock management efficiency as one of the main resources enhancing the productive capacity of the oil-producing structures. The subsystem of well workover is of particular interest. In order to improve the management efficiency of oil wells it is proposed to develop plans considering the principles of system and target approaches. Implementation of the suggested guidelines will raise incremental and reduced oil production and cut the unit costs per workover operation.
