Improving the efficiency of the management of the insurance organization

The article substantiates the economic importance of insurance in the modern economy. Analyzes the activities of the insurance company IC Rosgosstrakh PJSC, which allowed to assess its activities over the past 3 years. Revealed trends in the indicators of commercial activity of the company and identified problems in development, taking into account market trends. This made it possible to formulate recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the organization’s finances.
