The integration of 4D-information modeling technologies of capital construction objects with augmented (AR) and virtual (VR) reality methods opens up new opportunities for improving the efficiency of construction project management. The article analyzes the advantages of using integrated AR/VR and 4D-models at all stages of the life cycle - from design to commissioning. It considers the possibilities of visualization for work planning, collision detection, construction monitoring and coordination of participants' interaction. It also discusses the practical examples of using this approach by leading construction companies and substantiates the prospects for further development of 4D-BIM and AR/VR integration as a direction of digital transformation of the industry.
