Efficiency improvement of procurement management in organization by means of innovative technologies

The issue of development and integration of innovative technologies has recently become topical. Purchase processes are not an exception. Accurate procurement organization makes enterprise work more effective. Integration of innovative technologies decreases expenses, enhances cooperation with suppliers and allows the enterprise to give a prompt feedback on consumer’s requests. The article summarizes the results of purchase department analysis and offers technologies able to improve the efficiency of procurement activities.
