Improving the economic security of the Russian military-industrial complex on the basis of ensuring technological sovereignty

The article presents a conceptual justification for the need to study an approach to increasing the economic security of the Russian military-industrial complex on the basis of ensuring the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation. It is shown that the increase in the economic security of the defense industry is carried out within the framework of the general innovation cycle of industry and is implemented by investment, economic and organizational measures of state support for technological innovators, institutionally regulating corporate programs of economic and technological development of the defense industry aimed at overcoming the «stagnation» of the current state of the economy of Industry 3.0 and Industry 3.0+ and translation The defense industry is moving towards the new state of Industry 4.0, corresponding to the 6th technological order in industry.
