The article discusses measures to improve the energy efficiency of the enterprise. The main purpose of the above measures is to increase energy efficiency and conserve energy resources while maintaining the requirements for indoor microclimate and reliability of energy supply. The priority tasks to be solved in the process of implementing measures are: improving the efficiency of the use of fuel and energy resources, reducing the consumption of energy carriers and resources; normalization of microclimate parameters and illumination in the premises of the building in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards. As a result, the role of the energy sector in ensuring the smooth functioning of the production process increases, its importance in order to reduce production costs and increase the level of profitability of enterprises. In this regard, the issues of increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise become relevant. Along with the developed measures, it is relevant to apply a systematic approach that contributes to improving energy efficiency. The application of the proposed recommendations increases the interest of employees in the effective use of fuel and energy resources and has a positive impact on the final results of the company’s activities. A mechanism for managing energy consumption at the enterprise has been developed. Its distinctive feature is the integrity provided by the need to achieve an increase in energy efficiency. The application of the proposed mechanism allows you to make informed management decisions and improve the efficiency of energy consumption at the enterprise.
