Increase of energy efficiency of buildings under conditions of disposal of heat exhaust air

The article substantiates the necessity of using mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with the utilization of heat of exhaust air in buildings, which allows to significantly reduce the energy intensity of engineering systems of buildings. The calculation method proves the practical effectiveness of using in multi-storey ladies a phased utilization of the heat of exhaust air. In houses with different floors, energy saving is different and the authors show the most simple method of determining this effect. Economic efficiency is given for both homeowners and residents. In conclusion, the authors give practical recommendations that will really allow the effective use of energy by means of exhaust systems.
