Improving energy performance of buildings in the Russian Federation

This article discusses energy conservation as the main and most effective way to develop modern Russian energy, as well as reducing financial and material costs for the consumption of heat and energy resources, in accordance with the requirements of Federal law № 261-FL "On energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement". Current problem: examples of using modern methods and technologies to reduce energy consumption in the budget sphere are given, since the released funds can be used to solve more significant issues, for example, to solve social support for the population of the region.
