Increase of energy efficiency of buildings by window systems

The article shows the urgency of improving the energy efficiency of buildings. It is shown that significant heat losses are observed through the window systems. The documents (Fedaral Laws, Sets of rules, Standards of organizations and state standards) that regulate and normalize energy efficiency of buildings, including window systems, are systematized. Some modern approaches to reducing heat loss through translucent structures are generalized.
