Improvement of quality and efficiency of work of logistics enterprises based on the introduction of innovative information system

The article is devoted to the implementation of an innovative information system (IIS) at a logistics company. IIS includes: automated workstations (AWS), a personal KANBAN-board system, integrated indicators of the level of customer service, automation of design solutions. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the introduction of IMS significantly increased the efficiency of the company, as well as the level of quality and culture of customer service.
