The article examines the key factors determining the competitiveness of enterprises in the dynamically developing furniture industry. The analysis covers both general factors such as high product quality, attractive pricing policy and innovative design, as well as specific challenges facing furniture companies. Among them is a slowdown in the pace of construction, high dependence on imported equipment and a significant shortage of skilled labor. Special attention is paid to the impact of inflationary processes and digitalization on the competitive strategies applied by small furniture enterprises. The need to maintain competitive prices by reorienting to the use of domestic raw materials is emphasized. The importance of effective use of online channels to expand the customer base and strengthen market positions is also considered.
