Improving the quality of the information base for labor productivity management in the organizations of the Russian Railways Holding Company

The article discusses the methods of calculating labor productivity at the enterprise of the holding company "Russian Railways" - the switch plant. It is proposed to use a new method for calculating the labor resource utilization indicator, which allows improving the quality of the information base for making managerial decisions. The developed approaches to determining labor productivity in switch plants will allow developing motivational tools for personnel management and can be used in other industrial enterprises.
