Improve the customs services quality in the centers of electronic declaration

The article deals with the use of digital technologies of interaction between customsand business in the provision of customs services. The paper gives characteristic of the current situation in the implementation of the concept of “electronic customs” for the development of foreign trade activities, as well as increasing the openness and predictability of customs operations. The author considers the practical activity of the Baltic customs post (e-Declaration center). It offers directions of improving the quality of control measures carried out in the centers of electronic Declaration in the provision of customs services.
