The increasing of quality of work of a flax harvester by using a threshing-separation device

The constructive-technological scheme of a new threshing-separating device for a flax harvester is presented. The device using reduces the production cost of seed processing by rejecting of stationary equipment for processing of flax heap and reducing of labor costs. The threshing-separating device can be quick assembled and dis-assembled at the flax harvester, depending on the cleaning technology: for production of high-quality fiber or for high-quality seeds. The installation of that threshing-separating device on the flax harvester will increase its productivity by reducing the time for technological downtimes, due to a more complete filling of the trailer, since it will not get a traditional composition of flax heap. The advantage of this device is that the traditional technological process of flax harvesting is reduced with the excluding of stationary threshing machines and the resulting with the cleaned seeds at the field.
