Improving the quality of housing and public services based on innovative technology supply of residential houses with electricity

The article proposes one of the approaches to improving the quality of housing and communal services based on the improvement of existing and the development of new innovative mechanisms and technologies for the interaction of economic entities of housing and communal services on the example of justifying fundamentally new power supply systems for multi-apartment residential buildings. The object of the study was the activity of economic entities in the sphere of housing and communal services to provide owners and tenants of housing housing and communal services of proper quality. The subject of the study was the identification of innovative mechanisms and technologies used by energy supply and distribution organizations to ensure uninterrupted power supply to multi-apartment residential buildings. In the course of the study, the impact of the introduction of innovative mechanisms and technologies on improving the quality of housing and communal services was established (on the example of improving the quality of electricity supply).
