Improvement of Russian citizens' life quality is a key problem of the state policy

The beginning of the new century for Russia is marked by the beginning of a new course of the state for a real increase in the level of welfare of the population, the actual resolution of social needs and the needs of citizens. The declared social initiatives in the sphere of healthcare, education, housing policy, the agro-industrial complex are the orientation of the state towards investment in people and are declared national priorities in state policy.
