The article considers characteristic property of pump units of liquid rocket engines in mode of submission of liquid hydrogen. On the basis of visual researches and measurements of parameters of a stream in a flowing part of semiexposed driving wheel of the pump of small rapidity, and their constructive advantages for submission of liquid hydrogen are stated.
