Improving comfortable living as factor of economic development of small towns (one-company towns) Russian Federation (on the example of Kotovo)

The problem of comfort of living in small towns (monocities) today is becoming increasingly important. In today's anti-Russian sanctions revival of domestic production is necessary. A company towns may become economically feasible solution to this problem. In the evaluation criteria were established comfort of living in small towns and the analysis of these criteria by the example of the Volgograd region Kotovo. After that it was proposed measures to improve the comfort of living in this city, and proved their usefulness.
