Increasing condensate recovery of gas-condensate deposits by injecting non-carbon gases

Бесплатный доступ

To date, in the world practice, projects for injecting non-hydrocarbon gases into gas condensate deposits have not been purposefully implemented in order to maintain reservoir pressure or secondary recovery of retrograde condensate from them. The main obstacles to the widespread use of non-hydrocarbon gas injection processes in the development of gas condensate deposits are a significant change in the parameters of the gas-condensate system when interacting with injected non-hydrocarbon agents and the complexity of separating the withdrawn product into a hydrocarbon reservoir system after their breakthrough to production wells. Carbon dioxide and nitrogen should be considered as the main non-hydrocarbon gases suitable for injection into gas condensate deposits.
