The research article examines organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing the competitive stability of high-tech enterprises in the aviation industry. The current conditions for the functioning and effective development of the aviation and rocket and space industries demonstrate an acute shortage of personnel at enterprises, which reduces labor productivity, since the available resources are subject to too much load, and does not increase its competitiveness. Today, the need for highly qualified workers, especially in the aerospace industry, does not actually stimulate the development of the competitiveness of workers, since the formal filling of the “personnel shortage” is a priority. Thus, less experienced applicants can often be involved in production activities than before, since the emphasis is on filling gaps in labor needs. At the same time, the competitiveness of qualified employees is far from always determined by initial knowledge and education. In many high-tech industries, professional experience is one of the main components of the successful functioning of business processes.
