This article is about the professional development of Kazakhstan teachers through the training Program of the open joint-stock company «Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools». This Program was developed in collaboration with the University of Cambridge International Examinations. Training has 3 levels – 1 (advanced), 2 (main), 3 (base). Courses consist of 3 phases. Phase 1 «Face to Face» (classroom training, 1–4 weeks), phase 2 «School based practice» (asynchronous learning, 5–8 weeks), phase 3 «Face to Face» (classroom training, 9–12 weeks). The article also describes 7 modules of the Program and the expected results.
