Improvement of time interval extension linearity in time-interval analogous transformers

The paper considers indirect methods of measuring short time intervals and discusses nonlinear effects of their scaling. Some solutions for circuit configuration aimed at reducing such distortions in time interval expanders are presented. Those circuits, being integrated into the analog-to-digital time converters, guarantee integral nonlinearity not higher then 0.05 %.
