One of the most important indicators of the reliability of the operation of electrical networks with voltage 6-35 kV is the duration of cut-offs. To reduce the time of consumers' disconnection, it is proposed to use the monitoring system for the operation parameters of 6-35 kV electric networks. It consists of two units, (the unit connecting the system to the power line and the unit required for analysis and data processing), a personal computer and software. The system is installed at the main transformer substations with the personnel on duty. Its work is based on monitoring the changes in current and the duration of the dead-time pause of automatic reclosing. Using a system to monitor the performance of electrical networks of 6-35 kV will reduce the duration of cut-offs, which will increase the reliability of their operation.
