Increasing reliability by reducing repeat losses using root cause analysis

At present, increasing the level of reliability of the production process and means of production is becoming a defining task. After all, reducing downtime, costs and efficient resource allocation allow an enterprise to increase its competitiveness. This paper develops and illustrates a method for analyzing root causes that increases reliability by reducing repeated losses.
