Improving efficiency lessons physical education based personality-oriented approach

The article deals with the issue of increasing the efficiency of health-physical education lessons students through their student-oriented educational focus. The introduction of the third lesson of Physical Education in Kazakhstan is not fully decided all the problems of physical education students. Increasing the number of lessons, without the proper changes in their internal content and direction did not produce the expected health effects.
