Increase in effectiveness of additional professional education of regional state officials

A process model for monitoring effectiveness of state civil officials educational programmes is presented in the article; a mechanism for its implementation promoting increase in its effectiveness is offered. The results of the approbation of the model developed in the Penza Region are analysed; measures for increase in effectiveness of state officials additional professional education programmes implementation are offered.
