Enhancing the efficiency of bachelor managers’ training in conditions of interactive learning

Problem and purpose. The article considers the problem of improving the organization of the educational process, actual for modern higher education, conditioned by the changed requirements to the quality of the education of future graduates in the context of the implementation of the federal state educational standards of the “3+” generation in the areas of bachelor’s training. In the practice of the training of future managers in education, higher education and secondary vocational education continue to focus on reproductive ways of mastering professional activity. A key characteristic of a graduate of any educational organization is their willingness to practice, which is ensured by the competencies formed during the course of training. The analysis of experience shows that some educational organizations undertake certain steps to update the methodology for studying various disciplines in the training of future managers in teacher education. The implementation of the specified requirements for the future specialist in the context of the development and implementation of federal state educational standards of the “3+” generation allows formulating the following task for the higher school: expansion and improvement of the range of competences formed during the training of bachelors. At the same time, “3+” FSES does not set such strategic tasks before the system of education. The purpose of the article is to outline possible ways and methods of solving this problem. The research methodology consists of analysis and generalization of research works of foreign and domestic scientists, knowledge of the renewal of the professional training of future teachers (O.A. Abdullina, I.S. Batrakova, E.P. Belozertsev, G.A. Bordovsky, A.P. Valitskaya, A.A. Verbitsky, V.I. Gorovaya, V.A. Kozyrev, N.M. Ogarkov, A.A. Orlov, N.F. Radionova, V.A. Slastenin, A.P. Triapitsyna and others), the problems of interactive learning (I.A. Butenko, Yu.G.Odegov, A.I. Sidorenko, Yu.P. Surmin, G.S. Kharkhanova, V.S. Chuvakina, etc.). Results. The theoretical research has shown that using interactive teaching technologies raises the level of mastering and processing of learning material and allows forming special and overprofessional competencies for practical activity of future managers. Сonclusion. It is concluded that the use of interactive technologies in the training of bachelors majored in management can be considered as an opportunity to form special and overprofessional competencies at a higher professional level, to orientate in building a professional career as a manager better.
