Increasing the birth rate in Russia: problems and ways to solve them

The article analyzes the concepts of existing measures to increase the birth rate in Russia, examines and analyzes foreign experience; examines and evaluates the legal regulation of legal relations in this area; identifies the problems of existing measures to increase the birth rate in Russia; based on the analysis and synthesis of the research results, ideas are proposed for possible improvement of measures aimed at increasing the birth rate in Russia.
