Increasing the service life of sliding supports with reversible friction

Investigates the influence of the friction force at the possibility of increasing the service life of sliding bearings operating in a mode of reverse motion. methods to provide for long service life of bearing are proposed based on the modification lubricating grease. It is shown that the use of lubricants with ultra-dispersive additives reduces friction force test sample, reduces temperature of friction. There is represented the analysis results distribution a normals and tangent of loads on the contact area of the sliding bearings. The analysis of the condition of the friction surfaces and changing the micro-relief after applying the test lubricants.
