Improving the manageability of business processes through the use of data visualization

The article analyzes the importance of data visualization in the context of improving the manageability of business processes. According to the results of the conducted research, visualization allows to significantly increase the speed of data processing, to highlight the most important indicators necessary in a particular situation, as well as to improve the overall perception of information. These factors ultimately lead to an improved understanding of managers' information and, as a result, increase the manageability of business processes.
