Improving the level of physical fitness of cadets with the help of acrobatic exercises

This article analyzes the process of improving the level of physical fitness of cadets through the use of various motor complexes, one of the types of which are acrobatic exercises. The impact of acrobatic exercises on the body of students is studied, special attention is paid to certain types of acrobatic exercises, such as grouping, rolling, balance, somersaults, stands, flips. It is determined that acrobatic exercises contribute to the development of versatile motor activity of students, health promotion, development of coordination of movements, muscle strength, speed of motor actions, flexibility, endurance and stability of the body. The use of acrobatic exercises in practical classes is one of the important factors in the formation of cadets' ability to control their own movements, navigate in space, strengthen the vestibular apparatus, as well as develop important psychological qualities necessary for every employee of the internal affairs bodies.
