Problem and purpose. The article deals with the problem of realizing the competency-based approach in the teaching of vocational disciplines, which is relevant for modern higher education. It is conditioned by the changed requirements to the quality of training of future Bachelors of Management and federal state educational standards of the new generation for management majors. The article presents a review of the research devoted to the use of interactive educational and extracurricular forms of work and studies the possibilities of combining the use of interactive educational and extracurricular forms of work to form professional and meta-subject competencies of students. The presented approach is aimed at the effective solution of methodological tasks of forming professional and additional competencies of Bachelors of Management such as mobility, learning ability, adaptability to competitive environment conditions, responsibility acceptance, constructive conflict resolution, project management, system thinking, and the ability to search for solutions under uncertainty. The purpose of the articleis to theoretically substantiate the effectiveness of the use of interactive and extra-curricular forms of work in the educational process of the university. The research methodologyconsists of analysis and generalization of research works of foreign and domestic scientists, knowledge of the renewal of the professional training of future teachers (O.A. Abdullina, I.S. Batrakova, E.P. Belozertsev, G.A. Bordovsky, A.P. Valitskaia, A.A. Verbitsky, V.I. Gorovaia, V.A. Kozyrev, N.M. Ogarkov, A.A. Orlov, N.F. Radionova, V.A. Slastenin, A.P. Triapitsyna and others), the problems of interactive learning (I.A. Butenko, Yu.G. Odegov, A.I. Sidorenko, Yu.P. Surmin, G.S. Kharkhanov, V.S. Chuvakina, etc.). Didactic bases of using forms of interactive learning in the educational process are developed by I.G. Abramova, N.P. Anikeeva, A.A. Verbitsky, A.M. Smolkin, I.P. Ivanova, I.M. Syroezhkin, N.V. Borisova et al. Various aspects of the application of interactive forms and methods of training are studied by N.А. Moreva, E.A. Roginko, R.M. Rafikova, I.S. Peshnia, L.I. Chetverikova and others. Thus, for example, I.S. Peshnia explores the use of interactive technologies in higher professional education based on the example of a military high school. R.M. Rafikova in her work considers interactive learning as a means of developing the creative abilities of students. E.A. Roginko shows the advantages of using interactive methods in teaching cross-cultural professional communication to university students. Besides, there are studies on the use of interactive teaching methods, which reveal their role in the development of students' independence and activity, the experience of thought activity, freedom of choice, reflexivity in conditions of interaction, constructive dialogue, self-expression in the educational process (B.Ts. Badmaev, L.N. Vavilova, L.K. Geikhman, T.N. Dobrynina, S.S. Kashlev, I.V. Kurysheva, V.Ya. Liaudis, T.S. Panina, T.L. Petrenko, L.S. Podymova, E.R. Porshneva, E.S. Polat). Results. Theoretical research has shown the effectiveness of professional training of Bachelors of Management by combining the use of interactive educational and extra-curricular forms of work. With this combination of usage, the level of the mastering and processing of learning material increases, which makes it possible to form professional and super-professional competencies for the practical activities of future managers. Conclusion. It is concluded that the use of interactive technologies combined with the extracurricular life of the university in the training of Bachelors of Management allows better navigating in building a professional managerial career and can be considered as an opportunity to form professional and general cultural competencies of students at a higher level.
