The helmets of the late middle ages from museum's collection of Republic Buryatiya

In this entry are considered the riveted iron helmets stored in funds of the M. N. Khangalov's Museum of a history of Republic of Buryatiya and in the Museum of Mondinskaya's secondary school of the Tunkinsky District of Republic Buryatiya. The feature of helmets - is unique design of lamels-plates of a crown with the combined carved grating-hornlike edge. Under the typological analysis helmets are specified as products of gunmakers of Central Asia or Southern Siberia (Buryat) of the XVI-XVII centuries.
