The article deals with the advantages and disadvantages of using hinged ventilated facades, the validity of their use in modern construction. Particular attention is paid to problems of ignition of modern hinged systems. Measures to ensure fire safety are considered. The analysis of the regulatory framework in the field of application of hinged ventilated facades is carried out.
