Elderly communities: dialogue of generations and development of the local community

The trend of the aging of society around the world is attracting more and more attention to the problems of older people, and in particular, to the issues of their socialization and integration into society. Local communities play an important role in this matter. The article deals with the issue of organizing various local communities in Russia. In particular, the article presents examples of the organization of local communities of the elderly as a way of communication between generations.
