Aproach to broadening towards east in EC and CEE (the history of the problem)

The beginning of changes in Eastern Europe in the late 1980s caused euphoria in the West. However, no one in 1989 assumed rapid radical changes in the world order, such as: the collapse of the bloc system, the departure of the CEE countries from the USSR to the West, the unification of Germany and the collapse of the Soviet Union.
