Positioning of Krasnoyarsk territory among the regions of the Russian Federation by the level of inclusive development

The purpose of the study is to assess the level of inclusive development of the regions of the Russian Federation and position in this rating one of the leading regions of Russia - the Krasnoyar Territory - to identify the most problematic points of its socio-economic development, which will serve as the basis for the development of appropriate measures for the socio-economic policy of regional authorities. To assess the level of inclusive development of the regions of the Russian Federation, a system of observers has been proposed, based on the use of an adapted "Methodology for assessing the inclusivity of the economies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union." Calculations carried out on the basis of statistical data for 2015-2020 showed that the Krasnoyarsk Territory belongs to regions with a low level of inclusive development. The analysis of areas of inclusive development indicates: a low level of development of high-tech infrastructure in the region; about a sharp decrease in health care funding; on the problems of poverty and inequality of the population of the region.
