Industrial PR activity: the creation of a pr department at the Chelyabinsk metallurgical works

The study of PR activity in the industrial field is urgent for the Chelyabinsk region as heavy industry plays an essential role in the economy of the region. The author of this research work formulates both prerequisites of origin and general guidelines of PR activity in the industrial field. Furthermore, the article analyses the phenomenon of the creation of a PR department of the Chelyabinsk largest metallurgical plant - the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Works (Joint Stock Company "Mechel") with the purpose to monitor the accordance of local experience with general regulations and trends.
