PR in the system of state and municipal management: concept and functions

The article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the application of PR technologies in the system of state and municipal administration. The essence, functions and features of the PR activities of the authorities are analyzed. The practical experience of implementing PR strategies at the state and municipal levels is investigated, the main problems are identified and ways to solve them are proposed. Special attention is paid to the study of foreign experience in organizing public relations in the public sector. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving PR activities in the system of state and municipal administration are formulated.
