Practical aspects of analysis and selection of perspective directions of sustainable development of a business entity

This article examines the practical aspects of analyzing and selecting promising development directions for a specific business entity. It is established that the most important task of any modern organization is to conduct its business operations as efficiently and effectively as possible. At the same time, to ensure positive results, the organization needs to constantly analyze and select promising areas of development, since it must not only adapt to changing external conditions, by adapting its internal environment, but also actively introduce changes “for the future” of development. Using statistical and financial reporting, the factors and patterns of analyzing and selecting promising development directions for Vatt-Elektrosbyt LLC are examined. A study of the internal environment and external factors influencing the business entity’s activities revealed the challenges and development prospects for Vatt-Elektrosbyt LLC.
