The results of intraoperative monitoring of 42 patients (31 females and 11 males at the age of 16-42 years) have been analyzed with Alaris АЕР ТМ complex ("Danmeter" firm, Denmark), which makes available the processing of electroencephalogram (EEG) signals of the patient under anesthesia. It has been revealed that AEP-monitor use allows to assess objectively the functional status of brain central structures during surgical intervention and in good time undertake a complex of measures, directed to optimization of patient's functional intraoperative status. This increases the effectiveness and safety of anesthesiological support of surgical operations.
