Practical aspects of the organisation of system of corporate procurement according to the Federal law of 18th of July 2011 № 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities"

The procurement activity of certain types of legal entities which is carried out according to the Federal law of the 18th of July 2011 № 223-FZ "On procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" has considerable differences from client procurement within Federal contract system. Article is dedicated to the practical aspects of the organisation of the system of corporate procurement by certain types of legal entities. Requirements imposed by the legislator to information openness of procurement activity of customers to compliance with the competition laws, to the contents of the main local document of purchasing activity of the customer - Regulation on the procurement are revealed. Examples of administrative practice for the purpose of laying emphasis on the typical mistakes of customers are given, practical advice to a regulation of procurement activity of the customer organisations in both the development and working provisions on procurement is given.
